Just copy the .cab file into the handheld (don’t unzip it) then run it in your PDA. It will start installing automatically.

How can I select from a multiple wireless lan environment?

.I already install the driver, however I can't connect to the internet. What's might be wrong?

 There are many possible reasons can cause the problem, here we suggest
one useful method to check it:

1)Please check the connection status (Fig. 2) to see if your handheld can
    accept the signal from AP device. (If there is no AP name listed in
    in the screen, it means your handheld can not accept signal from the
    AP or the the security setting of your handheld is different from that of
    AP device.)

2)In case there is an AP name in the list, but when you try to connect it,
   the connecting status is "connecting" and "available", this is because
   the security setting (encryption method) you use in your handheld is
   different from that of your AP device. You have to check it out with your
   network provider.

How come I can't find the WLAN utility?

The WLAN utility is only available for SDW-820 and 822 under Windows
CE PPC 2003 and some versions of WM5.0, it is not available for SDW-821

My wireless network router will only allow access to registered devices in the MAC address registry. How can I find the MAC address of the above product? Is it the one printed on the card?

You can find the MAC address printed in dark gray color on the side of  the card.

I have an ipac h2215 pocket PC which I am unable to use with an SDW-822 card. I cannot load the WLAN software onto the PC in a way that allows me to use it. When I use the CD provided to install the software it seems to install just fine, but then clicking on the WLAN icon does not actually start the program. I have uninstalled and re-installed this a number of times and get the same result. Please provide me with guidence for resolving this problem.

The WLAN utility is designed under Windows CE PPC 2003, and therefore
 it may not work well under most WM5.0 version or higher versions of
 Windows CE operating system, however, it won't matter in the using of
 our product SDW series card, since the WLAN utility is simply display
  the connecting status and some engineering data of connection, user
  need not to tune the device by using WLAN utility.

A couple of weeks back I bought a Spectec SDC-003A 1.3Mp Camera from th iPAQ Choice site.  My iPAQ is an rx2490 and according to the product
page this camera is compatible with my PPC.  Having installed the software etc. I get a message saying that a file is no longer supported and newer software is required.

Over the last few weeks, I have tried to find what software it is but all
I have been able to find out is that the camera may NOT be compatible with my iPAQ.

Please let me know what software I need and where to get it so I can get
the unit working.  OR if the camera is NOT compatible, in which case I will
need a refund.
